Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026): Leading Innovation Through Research and Practice: Perspectives on Educational Leadership, Learning, and Human Development

Special Journal Cover

The Journal of Innovations in Education & Human Development: Research and Practice (JIEHD) is founded on the belief that rigorous scholarship has the power to inform practice, influence policy, and inspire meaningful change across educational and human development contexts. As a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, JIEHD is committed to disseminating high-quality, interdisciplinary research that advances knowledge, fosters innovation, and promotes evidence-based solutions to contemporary challenges facing educators, leaders, researchers, and practitioners. The journal serves as a scholarly forum for original research, theoretical and conceptual contributions, innovative practices, literature reviews, and case studies that bridge the gap between research and professional practice.

This inaugural Special Editorial Issue marks an important milestone in the establishment of JIEHD and reflects the journal's commitment to scholarly excellence. To commemorate the launch of the journal, members of the Editorial Board and Advisory Board were invited to contribute manuscripts representing their areas of expertise and current scholarly work. These invited contributions establish the intellectual foundation of the journal while demonstrating the breadth, quality, and interdisciplinary nature of scholarship that JIEHD seeks to promote. Collectively, the manuscripts exemplify the collaborative leadership and academic rigor that will continue to shape the journal's identity and future direction.
